1. Participant must treat all other team members,competitors,judges,coaches,volunteers, etc.,with respect and courtesy

2. Complete Team must be present at the venue on the first day14/02/2025 of the event without fail / any reasons.

3. Complete Team must be present at the venue on the second day 15/02/2025 of the event without fail / any reasons.

4. Team size maximum of 2-4 participants.

5. Problem statement has been provided by INNOVO SSGMCE’25 and descriptio no fall problem statement will be given on time..

6. Each team must carry laptop and power extension

7. Each team members must carry Aadhar card, College id.

8. Accommodation will be provided by College and only one participant allows taking rest inrest rooms for 1 hour only.

9. Prizes will be given for complete hackathon.There will not any individual prize for any the meor problem statement.

10. Participating Teams should consist of students exclusively who would not be a part of any organizers, volunteers, judges, sponsors, or inanother privilegedpositionof the eventorelsewhere.

11. Hackathon will be in 3 phases:

a.Phase-I (Day-1:11:00 AM to Day-2:07:00 PM)

b.Phase-II (Day-1:9:30 PM to Day-2:06:00 AM)

c.Phase-III(Day-2:07:00 AM to Day-2:04:00 PM)

12. Registration Time:9:00 AM to11:00 AM

13. Allother rules will be convey ontime.

14. Final Decision Will be taken by INNOVO SSGMCE2025
